OUR RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your SwimsuitsBright purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

WHAT CAN BE RETURNED?
✓ Unworn, unwashed items
✓ With original tags attached
✓ In original packaging
✗ Final sale items (marked as such)
✗ Swimsuit bottoms (for hygiene reasons)

HOW TO RETURN

  1. Visit swimsuitsbright.com/returns
  2. Complete the return request form
  3. Receive your prepaid return label
  4. Package items securely
  5. Ship within 7 days of approval

REFUNDS
• Processing time: 5-10 business days after we receive your return
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Refunds issued to original payment method
• Store credit option available

EXCHANGES
We currently offer exchanges for:
• Size exchanges (subject to availability)
• Color exchanges (subject to availability)

Exchange process:

  1. Initiate return as normal
  2. Select “exchange” option
  3. We’ll ship new item once return is received

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
• Customer responsible for return shipping
• Original shipping costs non-refundable
• May be subject to customs fees

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Contact us immediately at swimsuitsbright.com/contact if you receive:
• Items with manufacturing defects
• Wrong items
• Damaged packages

We’ll provide a prepaid return label and process replacement or refund.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS
The following cannot be returned:
• Swimwear bottoms
• Final sale items
• Items without original tags
• Used or washed items
